So, you want to make your own juice now don’t you? Hold your horses, eager beaver! Before you go throwing anything and everything, save the kitchen sink in that brand new juicer of yours, have you asked yourself one very vital question already: “Are there certain ingredients to avoid when making my own juice?” Of course there are! As a matter of fact, there a quite a few factors to avoid when making your own juice, not only ingredient-wise.

Though it was mentioned earlier that there is virtually no limit to the ingredients people without any health issues can juice, there are always outliers to every rule—the exceptions. Foods with artificial additives are very difficult to spot nowadays, since almost everything, even fresh, natural foods (the only way you can be sure they are 100% natural and fresh is if you yourself grow them), have artificial additives. No matter how healthy you are, no matter how immune to diseases and ailments you may be, always drinking juices with artificial additives within them will take their toll on your body. No matter what causes the parameters of putting certain ingredients in juicers may be, may it be personal health concerns, or technical, mechanical issues, the fact that juicing is still one of the premier methods of becoming and staying healthy still remains. To be able to enjoy the full benefits of juicing, always make sure about your health conditions or matters first. Secondly, be more careful when picking out your juicer. You would not want a juicer which cannot juice the ingredients that you would have loved to drink. All of these are very simple facts, but facts, which are easily forgotten.
